

André Flatner
André works as Agency Manager for Active Lives at the City of Fredrikstad, Norway. His department is responsible for: overall strategic planning and development, and building of facilities, which gives their citizens possibilities to engage in organized and self-organized sports, outdoor activities, daily physical activity and urban active possibilities. They manage public fundings, and initiates programmes in accordance to overall strategic goals. The city of Fredrikstad is applying for the Global Active City label in 2020, and he is engaged in the citizens opportunities to be active as a health preventive tool in public sector. André has former worked as university and high school lecturer in sports and physical education. André was elected president by the executive board of IAKS Nordic in April 2021.
Ola Matson
Ola Matsson is a development consultant at the Danish Foundation for Culture & Sports Facilities. Orginially from Norway but has lived in Denmark for 25 years. Ola is experienced and highly skilled in developing and consulting on construction of modern facilities for sports and leisure activities.


Evald Bundgaard Iversen, Denmark
Evald is Associate Professor in Sports Management and Sports Policy at University of Southern Denmark. Evald is occupied with research projects on the importance of civil society for development and quality of life - as well as the management and governance of facilities for sports and recreational outdoor activities. Here, he has, among other things, developed and been academically responsible for the master's course: Innovation and management of sports facilities and sports associations.
Lisa Mari Watson, Norway
Lisa is an experienced chief executive officer with 10 years of working in the sports industry. She is today manager of Tverga, a resource center helping municipalities and local initiatives in developing sport and leisure facilities for self organized sports.


Daniel Glimvert, Sweden
Daniel is an expert in sports and leisure facilities and responsible for areas concerning all facilities at the Swedish Gymnastics Federation.
Olav Torp, Norway
Olav is Associate Professor in the field Building Process at Norwegian University of Science and Technology. He has arround 30 years experiece with teaching, research, and development of knowledge within more effective and sustainable construction processes, project management and uncertainty management related to construction processes. He has been head of research group Building process for many years, and also deputy head of Department for Civil and Environmental Engineering at NTNU. He has since 2020 been leader for the Norwegian Center for Sports Facilities and Technology (SIAT). Here he is working to establish more research based knowledge for better and more sustainable sports facilities.
